Example of our Services:
Mid-position Valves
This is a valve used to direct hot water to certain parts of the heating system. Depending on the current sent the motor, this can be in one of three positions: De-Energised which is hot water only (to supply to taps), Fully Energised is central heating only (to only supply water to the radiators), and Mid-Position, where hot water is supplied simultaneously to the hot water taps, and the radiators. Because of how these valves work (the motors stall intentionally to remain in one position), they can burn out frequently. They can be replaced fairly easily, but we will need to check part availability with our suppliers after an initial assessment visit.
